Total Solar Eclipse: April 8, 2024

This observation was conducted in Bluff Dale, Texas.

Camera: Canon EOS 760D. Telescope: Maxvision 80ED APO (D = 80 mm, F = 480 mm).

Annular Solar Eclipse: October 14, 2023

This observation was conducted in White Pine County, Nevada, at the intersection of US 93 and Nevada SR 489, which is exactly on the eclipse center line.

Camera: Canon EOS 500D. Telescope: Maxvision 80ED APO (D = 80 mm, F = 480 mm).

Annular Solar Eclipse: June 10, 2021

This observation was conducted in Evanston, Illinois. A partial eclipse was observed during the sunrise.

Total Lunar Eclipse: January 20, 2019

This observation was conducted in Evanston, Illinois.

This observation was conducted in Vienna, Illinois.

Equipment includes a Celestron Travel Scope 70 refractor (D = 70 mm, F = 400 mm) coupled with a Canon EOS 450D and a Canon EOS 500D with a Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS STM Lens.

Total Lunar Eclipse: September 27, 2015

Partial Lunar Eclipse: January 1, 2010

This observation was conducted at the Hanggao Astronomical Observatory, Hangzhou High School.

The imaging system includes a Celestron C8 Schmidt-Cassegrain optical tube [D = 203.2 mm, F = 2032 mm at S-C focus, with a 0.63x focal reducer/field corrector (effective F = 1280 mm)] and a QHY8 APS COLOR camera with Peltier cooling.

Total Solar Eclipse: July 22, 2009

This observation was conducted in Anji, Zhejiang Province, China. There was almost no photography left because I was busy working on a gravitational lens experiment at that time. Below are some random pictures taken during the partiality.

Penumbral Lunar Eclipse: February 9, 2009
